We offer professional lasered measured survey to capture an accurate snapshot of your house.
Once the measured survey has been completed, we can use the data to produce existing plans, sections and elevations for you.
This is key to gather site information upon which a feasibility study can be safely prepared. It also provides a baseline for your project going forward.

Because your project is unique, we will first identify your project brief to achieve this transformation you’re looking for. Once we have a better understanding of your constraints, your aspirations and what you’re looking to achieve, we set about producing proposed drawings including, plans, sections and elevations.
Once you’re happy with the proposed design we submit the planning application to your local council.
This is where we propose to you the most optimal design but also liaise with the local planning authority and any other statutory consultees. We will also prepare and submit the relevant planning applications, supporting drawings, assessments and statements, and manage each application through to determination.

Once the required planning consents have been granted (if applicable), it’s time to start adding more granular detail to your project ready for the tender process. This includes the development of the technical drawings and the production of the detailed scope of works and specification documents that will be used as a base to price the works. We connect you our trusted and competent contractor which is the most that’s appropriate for your project works.
These drawings and associated deliverables are key in price negotiation. We’ll help guide you to ensure that you get clarity on budget priorities a trusted and competent company that’s appropriate for your project works.

Before starting any building it’s important you have a signed building contract in place with your chosen contractor. In our role as contract administrator, we’ll ensure that the terms of the contract are followed and properly administered. Alongside our role as contract administrator we’ll project manage of the construction works from start to completion supplying all required information and supervising the project works.
